Mohammad Ismat 495 500 from outside Manipur with a score of 12 on the top of the CBSE class board examination. Primary school teacher's son, Ismat hails from a modest family. Rarely in their village every two to four hours of electricity. But Ismat, who says that it was only a dream to fight all odds to realize a dream.
