Dieting Is Safe For Pregnant Women

Queen Mary University of London researchers studied the previous findings of the 44 studies which included women was more than 7 thousand. 

Earlier findings of the study, these researchers arrived at their conclusions. Researchers in the diet, exercise or a combination of both compared to each other. 


The suggestions were related to the diet, they are taken to limit the amount of calories, had to take a balanced diet. The whole grains, fruits, vegetables and pulses were advised to eat. The average 4 kg weight loss while exercising it is a mere 0.7 kg. 

According to a report by the BBC, is the perfect combination of diet and exercise can reduce the average weight of 1 kg.
